Patrick chats with fans at icewine events; reveals details about next season
Patrick had two meet and greets yesterday in Ontario – one at Flat Rock Cellars and the other at the LCBO store in Markham. Turnout was great at the winery!
Lots of people out to see Patrick Chan at the winery. Happy to see so many families. If you missed Patrick here… https://t.co/LVaxTHnA8G

Fans also trekked to the LCBO to meet with Patrick. One of them was Krunchii, who allowed me to use the photo at the top of this post. She said Patrick was “really sweet and smiled a lot.” She asked him a few questions about his skating, to which he graciously replied. Some details:
Right now Pasquale Camerlengo is slated to choreograph Patrick’s short program and David Wilson his free program, with the music yet to be determined. Due to a few incidents training the quad salchow last season, Patrick intends to keep his current layout the same for now. He will likely be at Skate Canada (no surprise), but has yet to think about his music for the Olympic Season. Hmm… hurry, fellow fans! Give me your music ideas for Patrick and I will make a list of your picks for him!
Looking happy, tanned, and relaxed in his black t-shirt and gray shorts as he posed for photos, no doubt Patrick’s presence boosted icewine sales. Personally, I’m so happy that the meet and greets went well for him! Hopefully I can attend next time and get a bottle of my own, because Flat Rock Cellars is unable to sell them in the U.S. at this time. Cheers to all of you who went out to support him! Below are more photos from both events.

I just love the caption to the photo below, because that would describe me as well! 🙂
I never go to LCBO because I don’t drink but when I do, it’s to meet champion figure skater Patrick Chan! pic.twitter.com/O22u0x2uWy

What music would you like Patrick to skate to next season? What else would you like to see him do in his programs? Let me know!

Thank you for your comment, Kuro! I just saw the song you suggested on YouTube here, and there are several other versions. Do you have a favorite version? Feel free to list more songs that you like.
I also went to meet Patrick at Markham. He looks like all lean muscle. I love his new music and look forward to Skate Canada
Thank you for leaving a comment and sharing your experience, Miriam! Please let us know how it goes when you see him at Skate Canada!
